" I have used Suzanne on 2 occasions 1st was for my partners birthday which I ordered medium & small fairy sized cupcakes & 2nd was for my childrens Christening. On both occasions the cakes looked amazing and tasted gorgeous. I placed my order to Suzanne via email and told her roughly what I would like & the finished product was better then expected just amazing. She is a very , very talented young lady who I would highly recoomend. Please see pics attached."

Peanut Butter & Miso Cookies
I baked these delicious salty sweet "Peanut Butter & Miso Cookies" A new recipe that I have adapted from the one I posted earlier. The earlier recipe was a little complicated I felt.
Makes 24 on average
Preheat the oven to 180 oC / 350 oF/ Gas 4
1/2 cup/125g/4 1/2oz softened unsalted butter
1/2 cup/150g/5 1/2 oz chunky peanut butter
3/4 cup/200g/7 oz soft brown sugar
1 egg - lightly beaten
1 1/2 cups/ 6 oz/ 175g plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tablespoon white miso paste
1/2 cup/75g/2 3/4 oz chopped walnuts
1 tspn of cinnamon
Mix the peanut butter, butter and sugar together until smooth, then add the beaten egg,
followed by the plain flour and baking powder & walnuts.
Place in some cling film and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Take out of the fridge and roll into walnut sized balls, place onto a lined baking sheet
press lightly with a fork. Then put into the oven for approx 10-15 mins. Keep an eye on them,
(ovens vary in temperature) until golden brown, take out leave on tray for a couple of minutes,
(they will be slightly soft as they come out of the oven) then place carefully onto a wire cooling rack until crisp.
You can store them in an airtight container for about 1-2 weeks or they freeze well.
